We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Securely pack your items in their original REFY packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Ship Your Items

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
